The MHS EQi-2.0 emotional intelligence model provides a measure of emotional and social well-being. It also maps the impact of emotions on performance. EQ is assessed from the perspectives of self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal relationship, decision making, and stress management. The EQ-360 multi-rater feedback assessment provides your team members with an indication of how others view their EQ.
