1. ASSESS TEAM CULTURE
We work with you to identify sources of workplace conflict. We assess employee and team behaviours through our customized confidential one-on-one workplace interviews. We analyze behaviour from intraspective, interspective, within-group, between group, and between department perspectives. Workplace conflict can be attributed to problems associated with team boundaries, authority, roles, and tasks, among other factors. We develop change programs and interventions to address dysfunction.
2. COMPLETE 360 ASSESSMENTS
We offer confidential “360” multi-rater feedback assessments to leaders and team members. We offer 360 assessments that focus on developing leadership and team member competency, business acumen, and emotional intelligence. Our coaches work with team members and leaders to identify and develop strengths and weaknesses.
3. DEVELOP TEAM COMPETENCY
We work with intact teams during our 1/2-day and full-day team development sessions to map team competency. Team strengths and weaknesses are identified. Strategies are developed to improve team performance with a focus on seven dimensions including: team mindset, level of trust, talent, teaming skills, and task skills. Team coaching is complimented by individual coaching and assessments.

EQ is assessed from the perspectives of self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal relationship, decision making, and stress management. The EQ-360 multi-rater feedback assessment provides your team members with an indication of how others view their EQ.
