What do you do?
I am a leadership coach and organization development consultant. I help exceptional people to develop their leadership capability
I also help people, teams and organizations that are facing challenging times. I work with leaders to strengthen their businesses by developing better workplaces.
These days I mainly do this work through my consulting company Marlatt Coaching & Consulting.
Why do you do it? Is coaching a passion, or do you just have one of those mysterious knacks?
I am passionate about helping others through coaching and I think that I have one of those mysterious knacks.
I suspect my knack has something to with my ability to see the whole system, listen, empathize, remain non-judgmental, and to recognize solutions.
Having years of practical experience with coaching people, sound training, and working in the world of business is helpful too.
Who are your clients? What kind of people would need or want what you offer?
I work with people who want to improve their leadership for work and life.
My clients can be found from the front line to the boardroom.
They are passionate about leading others and building better workplaces and want to improve their leadership competency and business acumen.
What is your unique coaching proposition? Why should I work with you instead of the other coaches?
I am a transformative leader-coach. Few coaches can claim that they can facilitate transformation. My expertise in virtual coaching (telephone and internet) offers a flexible and cost effective coaching solution to my clients over conventional face-to-face coaching modes.
