EQ + IQ = JOB PERFORMANCE
Emotional intelligence (EQ) is an important indicator of leadership potential. Unlike IQ, EQ can change over time and can be developed. The EQ-i 2.0 assessment measures the interaction between a person and their work environment.
The EQi assessment can be used to map an individual’s emotional intelligence. The results of the assessment can be used to develop plans and programs for improving their EQ.
The EQi assessment is a highly effective leadership development tool. Significant improvement in an employee’s performance, the way they interact with others, and leadership effectiveness can result.
The EQ-i 2.0 assessment can also be used by organizations to screen new and existing employees that are most-likely best-fit for roles. These are employees who are emotionally intelligent and emotionally heathy. Higher employee retention, reduced turnover, and higher team morale can be an outcome.
